About EOR Netherlands
One country.
Read properly.
EOR Netherlands arranges Dutch employment for people you have already chosen, and runs the payroll and the administration that goes with it. You hire in the Netherlands without registering a company of your own there, and every client has one named contact rather than a portal, a queue or a bot.
Putting one person on a Dutch contract should not start with a notaris, a deed and a set of payroll registrations. It should start with a conversation about the role and what the person costs.
Where this came from
The question that kept arriving
Companies outside the Netherlands kept asking the same thing. They had found the person they wanted. What they had not found was a way to employ that one person without a Dutch company, a notaris and a payroll department, or a platform covering fifty countries that answers by ticket.
So we built the third answer. The EOR becomes the legal employer of the person you hire, on a Dutch arbeidsovereenkomst, and the work of employing them, from the monthly run to the leave balance to the awkward conversation two years later, sits on that contract rather than on you.

The difference in practice
What is different from the first day
104
Weeks of sick pay
How long article 7:629 BW keeps 70% of pay running, and how long notice is blocked alongside it.
1
Named contact per client
The same person from the first call to the last payslip.
from €599
Per employee, per month
Flat, whatever the salary. No setup charge and no company of your own to register.
How we work
What you can hold us to
We are a small team covering one country closely, rather than a platform covering fifty at a distance.
Dutch employment, end to end
The arbeidsovereenkomst, the payroll, the loonaangifte, the leave balance and the leaver paperwork are one job handled by one team, so nothing falls between two suppliers.
A person, not a rota
One named contact who works on Dutch employment every day handles onboarding, payroll questions and leavers.
Answers with the article attached
Ask about leave, sickness or notice and the reply names the article it comes from, usually the same working day.
Quick, without skipping the paperwork
We move quickly once we have what we need, but the BSN, the verified identity document and the signed employee statement are still held before the first working day, because without them the anoniementarief applies.
We fit the size you are
A first hire, a team of a dozen or a wind down. We adjust to it rather than making you fit a platform.
One figure, said up front
from €599 per employee per month, with no setup charge, no line item you did not expect and no minimum headcount.
Your support
Who looks after your team in the Netherlands
A small team runs every account, so whoever picks up has already seen your contracts, your payroll history and the question you asked last month.
Your account manager
A single named contact from the first hire onwards. They hold the account, know your people and usually reply the same working day.
Payroll and compliance
Monthly payroll in euro, with loonheffingen withheld, employer charges worked out on premieloon up to the € 79.409 ceiling, 8% vakantiegeld accrued, and the loonaangifte filed to the Belastingdienst each period.
HR and employee support
Leave counted in hours, sickness run at 70% with the Wet verbetering poortwachter dates diarised, changed terms and the everyday questions your colleagues ask.
Contracts and onboarding
The arbeidsovereenkomst drafted, the article 7:655 BW written terms issued, and the BSN, verified identity document and signed employee statement collected,
Who carries what
What stays with you, and what moves onto the contract
The split is worth being exact about, because it is the whole reason the arrangement is worth paying for. You keep everything to do with the job. Everything that comes with being the employer on a Dutch contract moves across.
Choosing the person
Setting the salary and the budget
The work, the targets and the priorities
Deciding what to offer above the statutory floor
The arbeidsovereenkomst and the written terms
Monthly payroll, loonheffingen and the loonaangifte
Leave in hours, and the 104-week sick pay duty
Permission from UWV or the kantonrechter before any notice
Got a Dutch hire in mind?
Send the role, the base salary and the date you would like them to start. Back comes the full employer cost, what has to be in place before day one, and how the contract would read.
